Who doesn’t love a chilled mint margarita in the

I would recommend that you use it.

so mint leaves

Falsa/ Phalsa
This cool and refreshing drink is a staple in our
house and is a must have during the summers as it has a natural cooling effect
for your body and that is what you want in this hot weather. It has a sweet and sour tangy taste and gives
off a really pretty color when it’s made.

Peach Ice
This isn’t peach ice tea so don’t confuse it with
that, I wanna warn you guys cause I have fallen under the same Illusion and
mistakenly taken peach ice when I wanted peach ice tea. But worry not since I
kinda fell in love with the ice version as well, so I’m sure you will love it
too. The ingredients you will need for this are simple and easy to procure so
let’s get to blendin.
To make this fruity peachy drink you’ll need:
·
2 peaches or 1 cup
of peach juice/ flavored syrup
·
2 – 3 tablespoon
of sugar if you are using fresh peaches
·
Water ½ to ¾ cup
depending on your preference
·
Ice cubes
·
Sprite/7up
·
2 3 mint leaves
Let’s get to making this:
·
First of all if
you’re using fresh peaches, peel and de-seed your peaches.
·
Now take all your
ingredients except for the ice and sprite, blend them together
·
If you don’t like
the pulpy consistency like me, pass it through a fine mesh sieve
·
Now blend this mix
with your ice and sprite
·
Serve and garnish
with a peach wedge and mint leaf on top
Alternative:
If you’re more on the health conscious side you can
also add a small knob of ginger in your falsa and mint margarita, as ginger has
great health benefits and if you can’t eat it as is this drink can help you
mask the taste.
