Hey everyone we are back and today I’m going to be sharing with you some viral Tiktok recipes! I’ve selected a few recipes to share with you. I am not a fan of TikTok but sometimes something good does come up on there, but like a normal person I wait for it to be tested by a YouTuber and then I give it a try myself. The Dalgona Coffee trend also came from TikTok during COVID-19 lock down, and well I did not regret hopping on that trend.

These recipes are very easy to follow and pretty simple to make.  They mostly require a few ingredients and a little bit elbow grease.  Enough chit chat let’s get to cooking.

1.       Easy Pancake Cereal

This first one is very simple and a nice change from the typical pancakes you make. For this you’ll need:

·         Pancake mix ( it can be either home-made or store bought)

·         Syrup

·         Milk

·         Butter

·         Pan for cooking

·         Bowl

·         Piping bag/ Ziploc bag/ squeeze bottle

Method:

·         So make your pancake mix and pour in whatever utensil you have available

·         Heat your pan/skillet add 1 teaspoon of butter and keep the heat on low

·         Add little blobs or inch sized circles of the batter in the pan and cook on low heat

·         These will be done quick so as soon as you see bubbles on top or flip one and check if its brown on the bottom, use a small butter knife or a spatula to flip

·         Flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds and take them out

·         Put in your bowl, add syrup, butter or anything else you like

·         Pour in your milk if you like and enjoy your pancake cereal

2.       Mug&Cheese

So this is basically mac and cheese in a mug! Who knew mac and cheese could be so simple? For this you’ll need:

·         Pasta

·         Cheese

·         Water

·         Milk

·         Salt & Pepper

·         Microwave

Method:

·         Take equal parts pasta and water (1 cup pasta to 1 cup water), microwave them for about 4 minutes, taking them out in 40 second intervals and mixing it

·         BE CAREFUL the mug is going to be hot

·         Check if the pasta is done and then add milk and the cheese and your spices

·         Cook it for 1 more minute, take it out and mix it

·         TIP: Add whatever spices you like. Garlic powder and smoked paprika works great with this. Add more milk if you think it’s a bit dry

3.       Egg Sando

This is another simple and easy breakfast sandwich or it could be a lunch item as well, more of a hack if you want to call it that. For this you’ll need:

·         2 eggs

·         ¼ Cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese

·         2 slices of bread

·         Salt/ pepper/ paprika/garlic powder

·         Turkey bacon/Pepperoni if you’re feeling fancy

·         Butter

·         Pan

Method:

·         Take your little eggos and crack them in a bowl

·         HACK: crack the egg on a flat surface (like a counter top) not over the edge of something (edge of a bowl) , this helps in not having shells in your egg

·         Add in your spices and herbs, you can add anything you like it’s your sandwich

·         Heat up your skillet and add a little butter

·         Pour in your egg mix and let it cook for 30 seconds or till the base is a little set

·         Put your bread slices on top of the egg mix, making both slices parallel to each other

·         Flip the whole egg  bread thing so that the bread is now touching the pan

·         Add a little butter to crisp up the bread

·         Add your cheese and bacon and now flip the eggs hanging from the bread inside and close your sandwich

·         Plate it up and it’s ready to serve

4.       Ramen Bowl

This is one that every college student has made once in their life. And if you’re in one of those top 2% that have never had to make this then sorry guys you are missing out. This recipe is so simple and easy you’ll be thanking me. For this you’ll need:

·         Ramen/ instant noodle of any flavor of your choice

·         Egg

·         Cheese

·         Siracha sauce

Method:

·         Cook your Ramen according to the packet instructions
